i just finished reading the watchmen and i am craving for more graphic novels.....

so what i am looking for is one with a very good story and art-if possible a heavy and real feel.....or cyber punk

Try some of Alan Moore's other work, like V for Vendetta or From Hell. Akira is a pretty good read, assuming we can consider it a graphic novel (and by all means, it fits the traditional definition of a graphic novel).

Definitely not Frank Miller, if that's what you're going for. Um...Clive Barker and Neil Gaiman, perhaps? They've got a pretty fantasy-oriented/surreal style.
