Bear Republic's Hop Rod Ale is the best beer I've ever had in my life.spazzx625Can you get that in Canada?

Samuel Adams Cranberry Lambic. It's hard for me to find...so I usually fall back on a Harpoon UFO (UnFiltered Offering) Hefewiezen.FragStainsThat reminds me of those cherry beers, most famously Belle-Vue Kriek, which uses Lambic beer. Delicious, but super expensive.
I'm poor so a nice Silver Bullet is good for me... Coors LightCyleMThat's what my mum drinks. I personally prefer Carlsberg light, but Coors Light is good in a pinch.
[QUOTE="dsmccracken"] Can you get that in Canada?spazzx625I have no idea since I'm not from Canada.
Have you ever tried any Oatmeal Stouts? Awesome.dsmccrackenYeah, some are really good, some are not. I tend to avoid them more than order them simply because I have never had one that has just been mediocre. I had a really good one but I can't remember the name of it now. I usually take pictures of beers I try since I try so many, but I must not have had a bottle of it...:( The problem with them is that they're usually seasonal, so it's hard to remember a year later what was good and what was drek.
sam adams, bass, yuenglingcomp_atkins
im so happy someone else put this! id go crazy if i moved west, where they dont have yuengling!
sam adams, bass, yuenglingcomp_atkinsWhat do you think of Rolling Rock? I had some in Philly, and was told that it is cheap crap beer that no one drinks, but I thought it tasted refreshing, like a steam beer, good for summer.

My favourite used to be Sleeman Cream Ale, but it turned on me a few years ago. I don't know whether the recipe got changed or whether my tastebuds changed (happens with age), but it now tastes "skunky" to me. A shame, though.dsmccracken
LOL I'm actually originally from Guelph (where the brewery is) . I don't think they changed the recipe but I know a couple of years ago they were bought by a company in Japan. John Sleeman still runs it though.
On Topic, Labatt XXX is sweet for beer pong
Beck's, Tuborg, Guinness, Sagres. Corona can be good sometimes.Neon-TigerEver have an Irish Carbomb I think it's called...You take a large mug of Guinness, and drop a shot of Bailey's in it, and chug it...Very tasty.
As for my favorite beer, Molson Canadian and Pilsner (Yay for being Canadian and from Saskatchewan)
There is no adult beverage that I would rather drink than a cold bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon. I don't know what it is about it, but I would choose PBR over every other beer. For some reason, I'm not a fan of "good" beer or micro-brews.wstfldRight with you on the PBR man, can't get enough of that for some reason, also I have been pounding a lot of Red Stripe lately. I can usually drink anything beer wise except heavy stouts or dark ales.
I love wheat beers. With my dad i tried over 40 beers now and there are three that stand way above all the other beers so far.
Our favorite is Pott's weizen beer i believe, of which i can't even find a picture.
But another is Grolsch premium weizen, surprisingly. I mean, we kind of adore unknown beers but the grolsch one is simply one of the best in our opinion.
It's very well known so You probably tried it already.
