What were you taught to believe while you were young? Also, now that you are older and you can decide for youself, do you truly believe in a God? I was raised as a catholic and i honeslty do not believe any of it.

No. I think believing in god should be punishable by life in prison. If not that, it should be illegal to practice religion outside of your own home (get rid of churches and church tv).TallicaFan2005
I'm anti-religious but thats just stupid :|Â

I believe in a constitional ammendment barring religion. It serves no purpose but to teach hate, and make society retarded. They are like "OMG Marilyn Manson is bad...OMG rap is bad....OMG public school is evil.... Harry Potter should be banned from schools.... My children should be able to were crosses to school...."
Seriously, I hope a new Hitler comes and annihilates all those who believe in that crap.Â
That is completely unnecessary. I don't know who gave you the idea that religion only teaches hate. And Marilyn Manson is bad... for other reasons. ;)
I've always found it interesting that depending on where you were born and how you were raised usually always is a determinant of religious beliefs. Born in Iran, you are Muslim. America......Christian or what have you.
So many voices and teachings of different Gods, all beliefs dependent on environmental factors. It's great that this allows for diversity and tolerance.
Oh, wait......
What the hell does that mean? :?I was brought up in a protestant Christian society, and our Religious Education in school consisted of Christianity (obviously), as well as awareness of Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, and Sikhism.
I just sat there and though...."Pfft, yeah right."

What...does that not make sense? :?
I was not raised in any form of religious practice. I was given a choice from a very early age to participate in it or not. I thank my parents for doing that. I myself am an empirical agnostic. I am going to teach my children about all religions and let them choose which they want to practise.foxhound_foxIt's not like any child wants to go to a boring church or mosque or temple to prey/meditate half the day anyways... :P

That means like, three different things. Either you are still Christian and thought all the other religions were inferior, thought ALL religions were inferior, or thought that Christianity was inferior compared to those other religions. What were you taught to believe while you were young? I was never taught anything. It was not until I was 28 til I became a Christian.
I wasn't really brought in anything. The Lord thru His sovereignty found me. Haunted me for another 15 years before finally saving me by His grace.(Eph. 2:8-9). I am so very grateful He did.

"Will you do me a favor? I asked it once, and it was blessed to the conversion of several. Will you take a little time alone this evening, and after you have weighed your own condition before the Lord, write down one or two words? If you feel you are not a believer, write down CONDEMNED. And if you are a believer in Jesus and put your trust in Him alone, write down FORGIVEN. Do it, even if you have to write down the word CONDEMNED...Remember, you are either one or the other-CONDEMNED or FORGIVEN. Do not stand between the 2. Let it be decided. And remember, if you are condemned today, yet you are not in hell. There is still hope." Charles Haddon Spurgeon-1863

I sat there and though that what I was being taught was just a load of rubbish. I am atheist.
EDIT: furthermore, I thought (and still think) that each religion carries the same weight in feasibility. And in my opinion, that is zero.
