Coldplay has always been badass. Their music is amazing. One of the best groups out there. :cool:

You and TC are literally the only two people in the thread to have agreed that Coldplay was/is badass. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it's kind of sad to see so many haters in the thread. It makes me think of the possibility that groupthink is dominating this thread, as opposed to people being open in their opinions. Or Coldplay just isn't that interesting to most people here. IMO they are nothing but a U2 lite band that makes uninteresting mediocre music. You can certainly have a different opinion of the band....though I don't think many would consider them anything other than derivative or lacking in imagination. Their music just is. I always find it odd that if opinions are generally more to one side than the other....then group think is called. Sometimes it's just what it is.....
