Does anyone know any rental companies that rent out a car wtih manual transmissions? I can't seem to find any in the SF Bay Area

Why would youchoose to have a maual, have you not passed your test yet and want to get in more practice or something?

I've been trying to find a rentable manual car with no sucess but I'm gonna look into an exotic car rental to see if the have a manual transmission car meaning that I might end up learning how to drive manual on a Lotus Elise

Rental Companies don't really like cars with stick shifts. Why? Because people have a tendency to grind a manual trans to pieces.

Yup, especially with nice cars. People beat the transmission to **** because it's not their car.

No someone is offering me a free car but they want me to rent out a manual car to learn on first. Doesn't want me to burn up his clutch.

They don't do it anymore because the company's don't likefathers renting one out and letting they're kid ride the clutch.

Someones giving you a car for free but they don't trust you enough to drive a manual and not burn the clutch..

Um, driving a stick is easy. I do it everyday, you go twice as fast and save a lot of gas. Its completely natural for me now, don't even notice it.
