Breastfeed until 6+ months old.
Then move to baby led weaning where you can give them anything you eat, assuming you eat relatively healthy.
Just let him pick whatever he wants to try off your plate, making sure that you cut it into small pieces so there is no choking hazard, And don't feed him, let him feed himself.
Let him supplement with breastfeeding, until he switches completely over to solid food.
Obviously avoid giving them junkfood, dessert in general (unless it is fruit), etc.
Your baby will learn to eat all sorts of different flavours and textures (assuming you eat more than just one or two thing) and you and the baby will have less stress at meal time because you don't have to make something special for him and you aren't gagging him by ramming a spoon down his throat all the time.
