Terrible news.

WHAT!!!!! I know he wasn't in the best of health but it really seemed like he was trudging along and just a few days ago I was reading about his plans to start up the new website.  He will be missed.
Not entirely unexpected I suppose but still startling as he seemed, even the worst of health, to be as aggressively alive as ever. Not much of a fan myself, but he could be damn good when he had his objective game face on.Â
I'm refusing to accept the news, I was eager to read all of his reviews, whenever released, RIP Roger.
I'd just like to say f*ck cancer.Ace6301
The best part to admire about him was that he said the same thing. Few men would suffer having their jaw removed and still go out in public.
Jaw-droppingly sad ):MannyDelgado
I know it was unintentional but Ebert had to have his lower jaw removed in 2006 because of cancer.

It was intentional...Whoops my bad. :PÂ
The worst part is, he never got to see the movie Scorsese and Steve James were making about his life! I believe that comes out next year.Â
Rest in peace. He was a great critic, and probably the easiest one to understand. Â He will be missed.Â
So on this day of reflection I say again, thank you for going on this journey with me. I'll see you at the movies.Roger Ebert
Looks like tonight is the perfect opportunity to finally watch Citizen Kane with Ebert's audio commentary.Â
This was really shocking news to come to D: I knew things were getting bad when he did less and less reviews, but I never expected this. May he rest in peace.
