That's good I'd probably be eating more food than I'm cooking. I'm ok, things have been quiet since I've had holidays for a while. State band championships are in 3 weeks or so, but that's about it for what I'm doing

Aww, I'm sure you keep it in check very well, most people who go to gyms regularly don't even have to worry. :o Don't do that, then you can't scab lifts off them.
