You just haven't played the better games in the series is all I'm saying.

You mean better at the time, I think if I were to play AC2 after only playing Brotherhood and Revelations it wouldn't be as good. That rule applies to AC1 at least, it comes with the ps3 version of revelations and the moment I started playing I noticed hundreds of flaws....

Just because it comes after a certain game does not mean its better. Does this mean Final Fantasy 13 was better than Final Fantasy 7? I've played all the games in the series and watched my brother play Revelations earlier this week and last weekend and didn't really impress me. It's just been a slight decline since AC 2. It just the same game all over again with little new and all the same bugs back.
