Yes. I used to have to play a game of cat and mouse with them, but now I beat one with my two handed skills. I also had a companion helping me and I summonded a daedra. I'm at level 40, if that gives you any idea how strong they are. The first time I fought one, I just got lucky. The second time took nearly twenty minutes. This is the third I encountered.

I should get a new hard drive now that I think of it.
