One thing I like about OT and internet in general. People can be who they are without fears of being ridiculed unless by trolls who think they are high and mighty. Like me..I'm the same person and persona in the real world as much as I am here...but the difference is on here we can be ourselves. Weird RC comment but it was on my mind tonight and with all the OT hate and alot of GS hate in general..maybe some people should stop chasing the carrot on a stick and be themselves more then they do. SOrry if this doesnt make sense to some people.I'm just glad I came back to GS after my 5 year absense. ALso..The rules are changing I noticed...The admins have lightened up on alot of things here from threads and type of threads and IMO things are fun again but thats just my opinion...ANd for the people that just diss GS 24/7 then maybe goto another forum like 1-up or IGN and cry about their rules for awhile :)
I think people are WAY too liberal with the term "troll". I also think that for all it's freedoms Gamespot is pretty limited when it comes to certain things. For example, there are some topic creators who ask really stupid questions but it's against the ToS to point out that the question is stupid. I got moderated the other day for telling someone to "lrn2popularculture" because they didn't understand why people had Che Guevara (sp?) on their shirts.
I could have contested it at Ask the Mods, but what's the point? The fact I got moderated for it in the first place shows that it's expected of the people here to have thin skins.

In general, eh, it's a sliding scale between okay, bored and ****ing miserable. I'm looking forward to a 2 week break in 2 weeks and Red Orchestra 2 coming out soon so that'll be good. Hopefully I can get some stuff sorted out in that time (unlikely).

If your life's going to be boring for a while you might as well make the best of it and not let it make you sad. Chicks don't dig that too much. Not to nag you but it's what I try to do, just be happy if possible. Do you get assigned homework over those 2 week breaks? Are you sorting school stuff or personal?

Yea, I wanted to workout here but just couldn't find a place that was cheap enough or had good equipment. I've just been doing running and basic stuff such as pushups and abs. Can't wait to get back too because of my family. They're driving me nuts.

My tolerance for my family increased greatly when I went off to college, then again when I actually moved out to live with bf. Small doses is best I find. :P My parents can't organize or remember or plan anything most of the time and my sisters have an up and down relationship and some kind of constant drama. What about your family??
