The mordorators aren't aloud to explain ;oparkurtommo
Well solidruss' lock post implied that they could not discuss the actual banning and things behind - that we do not have all the info - and he mentioned the screenshots about her mod history.
I don't care about the 'legalities' of the banning or the banning itself I want clarification on a simple point that should not be difficult for them to understand. In the particular instance of a particular post on the subject of 9/11 that was moderated, where in the wording or implication of it was the offense to be found, I myself can't see it and I merely want to know what is offensive about the post. It's a simple enough question. Not way was B banned, was she on her final warning, blah blah.
According to the ToU what is the offensive nature of the post? Or do I have to ask in ATM? They answer such questions there all the damn time.
In this instance - but in fact it counts towards their supposedly not being able to comment on the whole banning debacle too - if the decision was all above board with no question of it being decidedly against the rules then they should be able to discuss it openly. CBS litigation leaning on them wouldn't matter one jolt if the moderation was handed out fairly according to the ToU that we ALL abide by in a reasonably judged and indisputable manner.
Geeeees.
