Jarrett in Texas do people wear cowboy hats all year round ? Time of year has nothing to do with it ...some people do and some don't (though I would say what they are doing is the biggest factor) They are common, but they are not prevalent (in most places)
I am seriously going to be pissed if it turns out it's JediKnight52501 and not Kurt_Russel. It'd be the biggest lie anyone has ever told me in my entire life! And I thought me and him were friends....:( Hopefully he didn't lie to me.
