I'm not an achivement whore, If i get it, I get it. If there's an interesting one, then I'll try to get it though. Like "Targeted Advertising" in the orange box. in order to get that, you have to pin an enemy to a billboard :lol:

And I like playing a game with having a "goal", so I like looking at a list of the achievement points and work on unlocking them. That's the whole point of it.. and that's why they have them. It has nothing to do with being an achievement whore.
Robert and I ordered a pizza last night cuz he was home for a few hours, and I asked for half sausage and onion for him, and half cheese for me. They ****ed it up and put sausage and onion on the whole damn thing :x How freakin hard is it to look at a pizza order and make it the way it says to make it >___>
I was very disappointed :( I just like my pizza with cheese on it.

To me, most achievents seem like chores. I don't want my gaming to be a second job, I want to be entertained. And in my opinion, a lot of achievents are chores "step on 333 bugs in x cave" and "find x amount of skulls"
its part of the reason I will notever play an mmorpg without a friend. it turns into a grindfest.

The thing is, the last time I ordered pizza from the same place, they messed up my order and they owe me a free pizza :? The only reason I didn't use my free one was cuz they had this cool new pizza deal for a good price, plus a $3 off coupon for the Spider-Man 3 DVD which comes out next week. I plan on getting the DVD so figured why not just get that special, and I'll save my freebie pizza for another time.
I just picked off everything, mostly the onions, cuz sausage I can handle but onions on my pizza.. yuck. By the time I had done all that, I had like dough and sauce left :|
well I guess that's a good thing... for me anyway :P
I guess achievements do give some replay value to games... but I hardly finish games the first time through anyway :|

The games I like best are the ones where you just unlock them as you go along. Like when I beat TMNT last Saturday.. it was cool cuz I beat the whole entire game, and unlocked all 1000 achievement points along the way. There are some that I'm like WTF?! I have to do all that to unlock them?!!

I guess a good median would be most enjoyable. ones you get for progressing through the game, about 3/4ths of them for that, then the rest are somewhat difficult to get, they are actually achievements
