Hello people does anyone here know what it means when they say: " 20b22 or 22b24" on a guitar tablature, am I supposed to hit the second note while bending the string?

I think you bend the note on the 20th fret, which is supposed to rise by a whole tone, which would usually be that span.

I don't believe so if you have to bend the 20th fret, no. It's bending a note up a whole step, therefore the bent note should have a very similar sound or exact sound to the note that you would otherwise play normally on the 22nd fret.
