So you believe that site to? the manufacturer usually says stuff like that, but then people do stuff anyways and it works. So do you think I should try it? Not every PC is like that, some just say what's the maximum supported and I checked other sites and they say 4GB as well.

Hey 4gb lappy nothing wrong with that! He has integrated graphics so his RAM is getting eaten, meaning he technically doesn't have 4GB unless he gets more ram.
