I also lack patience but i noticed games like naija gaiden or souls grows on you . After defeating a particular level or boss you feel so much gratified with yourself . You like become addicted and passionate about those games inspite brutal difficulty :)

Perhaps you should stick to other games then. I think it's better than Demon's Souls. I do see some frame rate issues that annoy me though.
I require more spells. I dislike being a sorcerer with just soul arrow and a dagger. I just bought heavy soul arrow and now have an upgraded Halberd+5 which is awesome.
