in all seriousness....who knows if it was me or just a normally planned thing.....i would like to think my departure would get some to think about the direction the community is taking......and I do hope that admin and mods alike do start taking a more active role in the boards that they helped to create.......and by active I don't mean jsut moderating or decreeing and disapearing...but to actually spend time talking to the members of their community......who knows...in the end i hope they jsut start turning the boards around.....Omni-Slash

I agree. You were the unofficial Moderator for OT. Most of the other Moderators just come in, lock the offending topic, and leave. They don't bother to stay and chat with everyone.

I haven't been around OT long enough to know the full story, but I've always preferred moderators who are part of the community and join in with stuff as opposed to 'watching from above' as it were, and Omni fell into that category. There are other mods like him, but it's a shame there aren't more.EJ902

I've only started being super active again in the past couple of months and Omni was the only one that actually talked to people. Every once in a while Elraptor would come in, but that's about it. The only other place I see some Moderators are on Ask The Mods.

I think some posts are open to misinterpretation.  We have lots of humorous and sarcastic posters in this forum.  Someone not familiar with their style may not realize they are joking and moderate them for flaming or such.

I hate clowns too. John Wayne Gacy was a serial killer who dressed as a clown, Stephen King's IT was a clown. Need I go on?
