Doing things slower than that makes stress for me b/c I feel like I'll never get done and or that I'm wasting time. Same thing with sleep. I hate to sleep b/c it eats up time. an hour less of sleep a day lets me get all kinds of things done. Watch more anime, play games. Ah now I get it.
