More eps are coming at the end of August, but it's still part of #6. & there will be watching of it here at my place, as I'm the only Whovian in my circle of friends that gets BBC. :D Speaking of which, I need to watch yesterday's Torchwood.MAILER_DAEMON

Jack Harkness, yeah. It's on season 4 right now, and even though the Doctor hasn't actually shown up in it (unlike Sarah Jane Adventures), it's part of the overall Whoniverse. Torchwood Season 1 literally ends where Utopia begins (Jack running off when he hears the TARDIS making sounds), and Journey's End takes place sometime after Season 2. Children of Earth is season 3 (only 6 eps, pretty good stuff, happens sometime before The End of Time), then they took a year off as RTD was handing over the reigns of DW and moved to the US, where production of Miracle Day (Torchwood season 4) also moved. Same actors and continuity, and it's all happening during DW series 6.

I haven't been able to watch much else on it, but one of these days I'm going to make a block of time and watch Top Gear. Just wish I had an HD version of the channel. :(

This might be an odd question but is Jack Harkness also the Face of Bo? I remember him saying that was his nickname on a episode (when I was regularly watching the show, obviously) and I was like omg forbode! Just wondering if anything came from that.

I care deeply. And I'm clean as a bean.

They haven't really done anything else with that yet, although Torchwood does delve into Jack's past a bit, including his time on the Boeshane Peninsula (sp?). Basically, with Jack's immortality it's possible that he may become the Face of Boe after billions of years, but it's still just a tease, not a confirmation. I still think Who is the better show overall, but I enjoy Torchwood. Watching the first two seasons especially helps fill in some of the gaps in the Tennant years.

Evo was awesome but fairly anticlimatic. Some people were just incredible at the game though... like they could read people's minds perfectly.
