Aww okay dd. I like music alot sometimes it helps me calm down when I'm upset or it just relaxes me..or makes me wanna groove. lolKrunkMastaX

When I'm upset I either pick a violent video game, lift weights, hit the heavy bag or write poetry to calm down. I listen to music if I am trying to block out background noise, it helps me focus because it's a constant sound
