RC is boring tonight...I'm gonna read for a while. Then off to bed. Night.

My diet's pretty clean, worse thing that comes to mind is olive oil, and that's not even bad.Fightingfan

It's been at least about half a year since I drank soda. Flat coke is a good source of energy.BranKetra

I was thinking Burger Kind, McDonalds, White Castle, Wendys, etc.

Though now that you mention it, I haven't been to Applebees, Arbys, etc. in that time either.

Last unhealthy thing I ate would probably be a few cookies during Christmas but probably chicken wings from last summer.ExoticAnimal

Cookies are delicious.

I think a balanced diet is the best, along with some cheat foods every once in a while.

I tend to avoid fried foods, except fried calamari.
