Though I'm pretty bad too, 'cause I thought the Steam website was "steamworks.com", so I was thinking "more like steamdoesn'tworks.com !". It's steampowered.com though. And the website worked fine.

And yeah, I guess I get their reasoning behind separating it, with not wanting 'that sort of content' on the top of the forums page, but in a way how slow it is could show how that sort of thing might've not even been an issue in the first place.

I don't think I really noticed any big difference in the recent topics underneath the Off-Topic Discussion link on the forums page after the TOU changed.
