I want to give advice but I have a hard time following it myself and you have probably heard it already. The few things I try to do is focus on the little things that are good and not think too far ahead or behind. Keeping my mind open for new possibilities and trying to be patient for them to fall into place. If all else fails seeking counsel is my back up. (Of course in the meantime I am self medicating to a degree)

I mean my meds are different colors... I have 3 different ones. Anxiety attacks apparently i started having everyday sometimes few times a day calmed down to once a week ish. I do funny things at night on sleeping pills sometimes tho...XD
