Never been to a city and thought there was a larger percentage of rude people than anywhere else tbh. People do need to remember than customs and the way people talk/act differs from place to place and should't be so offended when people act a different way to what they would expect.

USA, New York City.

It's actually easier to visit the Statue of Liberty from the Jersey City side of the harbor. For one thing, parking was easier to find. I've done the water taxi and Statue of Liberty bit during the day. Next time, I'd like to try it at night.
