Avoid rude people if you can and you cannot, confront them. The people who are rude to others they do not even know usually have an agenda (bullies).

I deal with rude people everyday in person and on the phone. The joys of working in a pharmacy. They're rude cause they're miserable and you learn quickly why. I end up feeling sorry for them so it's pretty easy to deal with that. Worst case scenario kick them out and hope not to see them somewhere else in town.

Ghetto is defined by the slang definition of low income housing...not by what "race" lives there.

@masiisam: By ghetto, I mean loud and obnoxious people. I'm African-American and I grew up in the hood if you will. I'm far from racist. I have friends of all kinds of nationalities and religions. I'm from a low-income area and I just can't stand people who let the streets overcome them and basically rule them instead of just using common sense and acting like they have home training. THAT's what I mean by ghetto people
