Guys, this is the sad part in I Am Legend, if you watch the whole movie then you're heart would feel like it's ripped in two!

Will Smith had a really good performance actually. :)

Will Smith was the only thing that made that movie good.. The creatures were entirely too powerful for supposedly being starving skinny monsters.. That was the biggest game breaker for me.. And I blame the typical hollywood fo this.. They must have figured getting these really fast, super strong acrobatic monsters would cause more kiddies to come.. It should have been at most the physical prowess of 28 days later.

No. His mom is the one who dies. Later at the end of the movie Forrest Gump goes and visits his old girlfriend who had his child.

well, technically yes, she does die, but in the end, he marries Jenny and she dies too from HIV i think.

i dont remember what it was exactly. but it was jenny's grave he visits. i looked it up on wikipedia.

Well I guess he visits both graves but I'm positive that he visits his mom's grave after she passes away.

I've only cried when I was real young during a movie. It was when I was about 4 and I watched babes in toyland...it scared me too...maybe thats why I cried. Anyways the other one that I have come close to was King Kong when...spoiler he dies.

All Ralph Fiennes movies tend to make me cry- Schindler's List, The English Patient, The Constant Gardener, and the latest one, The Reader.

I didn't cry, but would've if my entire family was not sitting right beside me. In Lord of the Rings, when Gandalf falls after saying: "Fly you fools!" I felt immense loss at that scene. Also, when Boromir fell, I felt great loss there. But I think the worst of them all is towards the end of the movie, when it's revealed that Frodo and Gandalf will be leaving Middle-earth. That tore me up. I Am Sam starring Sean Penn is a strong emotional movie. It almost brought me to tears. Everyone should watch that movie. It has a humanizing effect.

Forrest Gump is a movie that makes me tear up consistently. Not just because it is sad, because it is also a beautiful story. It's amazing how pure the narrative is; theres no political crap or cynical @#()$ to spoil it.

I literally lost it at the end of "A Beautiful Mind".
Because of all the hell he had gone through,he finally found success and peace with himself, and his wife...I just thought it was so beautiful.
And the whole last half of "Dear Frankie" almost made me bawl...but I fought it and just got a little misty... >_>

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time.....like tears in rain. Time to die.

AAllxxjjnn

Schindler's List - alot of scenes [i'm not Jewish btw, people always assume I am for finding it the saddest movie]

Amistad - the boat scene

Sophies Choice - the heart breaker

I can't remember crying, but the scene in 'We Were Soldiers' when everyone is about to go in the helicopters and fly into Vietnam, Mel Gibson makes an emotional speech.

Beast didn't die.... Belle showed her love to him by crying into his palm, or something like that, and he got turned into his normal, princely self.

The thing about Requiem for a Dream is that it isn't a "Aww that's sad" kind of sad. It's a kick in the nuts, soul crushing, hopeless, no light at the end of the tunnel kind of sad. I think the someone equated plot/characters to "Skydiving without a parachute, and the movie ends ten minutes after you hit the ground."

I didn't actually cry at any of these, but got very close.

Children Of Men
When they walk out of the building with the baby and everyone stops fighting for a brief moment. After such an intense series of scenes in the movie, I just couldn't take it. So well done. And then the fighting just starts up again...God I love that movie.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. "Meet me at Montauk..."

Amelie. The scene where she leads the blind man down the street and explains everything she's seeing for him. It was just so touching.
