Scenario: Someone is breaking into your house...

It's the dead of night.You're fast asleep when suddenly something jolts you awake. You know instantly that someone is moving around your house who shouldn't be.You pick up your baseball bat and head out to confront the burgler.Quietly, yet swiftly, you head to the sound of objects being moved around. You catch a glimpse of a flashlight beam from the kitchen, you lunge forward, only to find that the burgler is...A wizard!The wizard has a long white beard, and is wearing long wizards robes, but... there is no sign of a wand (but that doesn't mean he doesn't have one), and he has an evil looking scar on his face. He makes no attempt to attack you; instead, he greets you by name.What do you do? (Be as honest as possible)

Because he has magic spells that can slow down time, teleport him etc plus his only weakness is magic. So even if somehow you managed to shoot him you couldn't kill him.

Obviously swing the baseball bat at his head, attempting to knock him out. Then, while he's on the ground, knock him in the head a couple of more times. Maybe I can make him lose a couple of brain cells for rummaging through my stuff. I would then call the police, and say that he seemed like the violent type and hitting him was in self defense.
