I like 10k parties, but what if Gamepsot says it "no more please", how will Gamespot members react to this?

That would suck. It's not easy getting to 10k. There has just been a large number of people reaching their goal lately.

That would suck. I think they're kinda cool. 10K isn't an easy goal to reach.

It really wouldn't matter to me, other than it being an accomplishment, I would just make a blog or topic in some other board so it's a bit smaller.

I've never been to one, don't plan on it. It's just a cheap way of boosting post numbers; just like In/Out and WAYLT, I never go to any.

I never usually participate in them. I just say congrats if they deserve it and move on with my life. My life would remain the same if they outlawed them. I wouldn't miss them.

it also says in increment of 10k too..... but after your first, it shouldnt matter... jsut a for fun thing..

It would be a bit of a let down for users close to 10k. Most 10k parties are exactly the same, with the exception of different pictures, and a different speech.
