Yeah - if you treat like it actually is, you'll go nuts![QUOTE="PitaGriffin"][QUOTE="Fortier"]Now that I'm out, school wasn't really that bad. There are definitely things I should have done there but never did until towards the end of grade 12...and thats when school got awesome. You've just got to know how to treat it...WINDWAKER1
geez, calm down. School can be great if you know people. The teachers are kind of a mix, but for the most part, the students are good. Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean that "school sux0rs, lulz"
You're actually right - I happened to have a terrible experience with the teachers and the kids. All of the kids seemed to be in orbit and immature, while I was sitting at my desk actually doing what I was supposed to. But even for people who like school, without the social aspect, school is terrible for them. Nobody LIKES to work. These are the only 2 reasons I could even see why people would like school: 1. Social 2. Their home environment sucks, so they'd rather go to school. Another issue for me is getting up in the morning. I'm a night person, and am usually the most "awake" at around 11:00pm to 1:00am. If I get up before 11:30am, I feel like zombie. Virtual school has worked out great for me. I can wake up at noon, and start work on the computer whenever I want to - it can't get any better for a person like me. If I were you, I'd look into virtual school! You really have to have the discipline though. I hardly have any motivation to do the work, because everything is basically "whenever you want to".
