"The Triceratops Never Existed" is a pretty stupid way to start an article, especially when you already have to start backpedaling in the second half of the title :P. The triceratops DID exist, it just wasn't a separate species, or so these scientists speculate. I'm not concerned.

The Torosaurus looks exactly the same. Childhood intact.snowman6251
This, it's morelike those times when you realize you have been calling something by the wrong name all along, I bet I've called triceratops a torosaurus a million times in my life.

Torosaurus will now be abolished as a species and specimens reassigned to Triceratops, says Horner.

you may not have realized this, but destroying TC's personal childhood has been the overarching goal of science for thousands of years!

Right now its only theory from two paleontologists.

Lets see what other scientists think of this before declaring that our childhoods are ruined.

Triceratops evolves into Torosaurus at level 32 and learns "headbutt".

Glad there aren't pressing problems for scientists to delve into, instead of finding ways to rename things.

RIP Triceratops - the hardest of the herbivores. You may not be real, but my memories of you are and that is what I shall cherish forevermore.

That's a really misleading title. I say we just pretend dinosaurs were Pokemon and when Triceratops reached level 16 it evolved into Torosaurus.

Your childhoods have all been saved!
