No I'm not...To say "you can't judge a religion by it's followers" is like saying "you can't judge a football team by it's results"....Christianity IS it's followers. Because there's no central authority, the bible is open to interpretation by humans...who being human will always interpret it to suit their own cultural prejudices.
A religion is NOT it's followers; a religion is a philosophy, and you cannot blame the philosophy for it's abuse. And Christianity DOES have a central figure: Jesus.:|

I still stand by my initial statement, if you add all the casualties from all wars that took place during Christian Europe...the number will be higher.
