Search google how it was back in 2001

Found this on another forum, and it does exactly as the title says, it only finds webpages from back in 2001.

For example, searching for youtube brings up no results.

Searching for 9-11 brings up nothing related to 9-11 as we know it

why does it seem like every website result i get thats old dosent want to load.

for example i search antagonist inc it dosent actually bring up an archived version of the site....
