okay so there's that click it or ticket law which forces people to put on their seat belt. I know my state requires you to pay for car insurance, which I hated until I swiped something :P

In the US, health insurance costs are contingent upon what everyone is spending on themselves, same with car insurance. So if you are getting severly hurt, you are driving everyone's costs up. How about you buckle your friggin seatbelt so we all pay less insurance hmm?

it may be your life but really you just causing other people problems. 1: other driver who may crash into you. going get hit with manslaughter 2: your family, 3: their family 4: your real friends 5: police department 6 the government who's not going be able cash in on your taxes. There is your reason

this goes with speeding, dui's, driving with out licence, required liability insurance EVERYTHING it's not really about you. it's about people around you

i put on my seat beat mainly because i don't slide on turns... i tend to take turns fast and i tend to laugh at my friends when they don't and i aways go like "i told you"

People like the OP are why almost all modern cars have annoying beeping and reminders that play indefinitely until you snap your seatbelt.

but yea, ive made it second nature that before i start my car, i put my seatbelt on. once its on, i hardly ever notice its there.
