[QUOTE="babybub10"]Of course you can, it's completely normal. And for those of you saying that's statutory rape, no it's not. Once your 18 is when it gets illegal but if there's a 2 year difference then it's still not illegal. Believe me, I know, my brother's a cop and my sister's a lawyer. And I don't think it's weird at all. And someone asked why younger girls date older guys. I thought this was common knowledge but its because apparently according to studies, a girl is a few years more mature than guys who are the same age, mentally anyway. That's why women tend to marry older men and those marriages tend to last. Now a 20 year old with a 60 year old is another story. Anyways, if the freshmen is a slut, she's obviously too immature obviously, her being a slut is immaturity all by itself. But if you date a nice normal girl, doesn't matter if she's popular or not if she's mature and respectful, then yeah you should date her. My dad has lots of friends that had that same age difference, they were freshmen/junior and when they graduated they ended up getting married and they have loads of children now, and not divorced! And once your 18, 2 years isn't even questionable. At my high school age doesn't matter as long as its not freshmen and senior cuz unless they've known each other forever, it's just...fishy... But I mean, my friend is a freshmen and she dated an 18 year old. I thought that was kinda weird but if its normal at my school then I guess it's okay. I wouldn't date someone that much older if I were a freshmen though. Junior is fine though. I remember I was much much more mature than other freshmen, I found everyone annoying and stupid. That's why i used to hang out with juniors and sophomores when I was a freshmen. I got along with them better.not_wanted
