Poll Should Gamespot Bring Back OT After Hours? (58 votes)
That place awesome. Yes, sometimes creepy, but lots of fun.
So should it make a comeback or like Michael told his sister, "that's the past Connie"?

They ought to bring back unions too, and fix the damn comment section in the news articles.
Took the words right out of my mouth.
YES and please stop suspending me from OTAH ( got couple of suspensions only from posting on OTAH, yeah i posted who is your favourite porn actress ). A new mod ( forgot his name ) had no idea about how OTAH worked and got me suspended, till another mod lifted the suspensions after enquiring the reason of suspension in ask mods with help of a buddy.
It had a hot chicks thread, therefore bring it back!!!
This is why OTAH needs to be brought back from the dead.
What's OT After Hours? How come I never saw that board? Is it a placed where you get to break TOS without being modded?

I would like to see your full potential. The Force is strooong with you.
What's OTAH? seems like a lot of people like it. In other words, not my cup of tea. So yea, that's the past Bonnie.

Then how could it exist without me?
It was strictly (made into) a porn forum BTW, all talks about dirty sex and porn. Are you comfortable with it ? =P

It was OT minus the Sharia that we're under now.
Well that's a little eerie I was thinking about this exact thing just two days ago out of nowhere.
In all honesty, we could live without the awkwardness. I can see how it can be desirous for some; they could use the stimulating discussions (no pun intended). But for instance, I learned more than I care to admit about mayor's kinks through OTAH and it was never the same after that.

So just roll back to the old layout pretty much.
I'd be okay with that. They didn't improve much here beyond image hosting... and even then it still is a pain that barely works half the time.
No idea what After hours was, think it was before my time. I voted yes anyway
Good man. :P
OTAH was a novelty that wore off quickly, in my opinion. There's multitudes of websites and forums outside of GameSpot that are better accustomed to the types of discussions that were occurring on the board, so I wouldn't see it as a considerable loss if it didn't return.

God forgive me. It's been seven days since I fapped. Astaghfirullah! I'm on a mission. I hope it never comes back!
So I can share my experience with you guys on my Dirty Girls as I sleep with so many. Count me in. voted Hell fucking YEAH.
[And for gods sakes, don't tell SNIPER about this]
OTAH wasn't a big loss in my opinion. The biggest thing that people probably miss are the hot girl threads and you still can't put nudity in it. I guess it's good for people that have porn blocks on their computers (or their ISP itself blocks it due to where they live) but everyone else can go elsewhere for better material. One thread I remember that was especially useless was how to bust bigger nuts while jerking off.

Yeah, I don't see what's so bad about bringing unions back, GS should find a way to launch unions in a whole new way that can be effective at bringing in traffic, only problem with that is I don't think its possible now, considering the non-unions section of this site, that used to be booming in activity, are now what like unions were with deteriorating activity around like 2012-2013.
Yes! loved that place. They said they had planned to bring it back. but im not holding my breath. hell been over a year and we are still waiting for a feature to go to first unread post in a thread.
No. OT is already gasping for air....splitting it would kill both forums.
I dont see how it would kill the forums.
It didnt have any major impact on OT activity when it was introduced for the old site.
if people want to post there, they will, if they dont, they wont. its not magically gonna make people think "well hey since they added a new forum, i must stop posting in OT"
im betting it wont have any impact on OT at all.
not that its gonna be brought back anyway though.
no ... because I rarely visit it anyway and most topics are unimaginative, immature and too normal for my taste.

It was like OT but with more relaxed rules and you had to have been over a certain level or post count. It started in 2012 and I think that's when it ended.
Explain to me what unions and this after hours thing is.
see above for after hours. Unions were groups that members could create (it took for members to found a union) and invite other users to join, and use it as their own board where only their members could post. They were usually dedicated to certain interests/topics, that many OT users might not necessarily find interesting.

I think the rules are relatively relaxed in the normal forums, especially some of the things I read on System Wars. Anyway I'm always up for another forum, anything that can increase or even help slow the decline of posting activity.
