Poll Should Gamespot Bring Back OT After Hours? (58 votes)
That place awesome. Yes, sometimes creepy, but lots of fun.
So should it make a comeback or like Michael told his sister, "that's the past Connie"?

No idea what After hours was, think it was before my time. I voted yes anyway
It was like OT but with more relaxed rules and you had to have been over a certain level or post count. It started in 2012 and I think that's when it ended.
Explain to me what unions and this after hours thing is.
see above for after hours. Unions were groups that members could create (it took for members to found a union) and invite other users to join, and use it as their own board where only their members could post. They were usually dedicated to certain interests/topics, that many OT users might not necessarily find interesting.
Unions. I miss unions. I don't really care about this After Hours thing, but I miss unions. The union system was a really cool way to build a community.
Yes or relax the rules here.
But aren't the rules already relaxed here?
Maybe compared to 6 years ago. Back then I'd get suspended for exceeding the 5 quote chain limit.

Ouch, seems something quite unreasonable to get suspended over. :P Heh, I remember the stricter rules days, felt like it was also at least a little too easy getting point losses for levels back then too, I should know, considering I actually got a point reduction once. :P

I agree that the union system was a good way to build a community. You really are a smart bastard aren't ya?
And what made unions an even more fun and interesting feature, to this site, were that unions had levels too. Levels were not just limited to user profiles. :P
From what I remember, union levels became broken for a long period of time, but they actually did get fixed for a little while during union's last days (maybe 2012.)
And I think the union level system worked on how many posts the union obtained in a day.
