Depends on them really, your friends wouldn't make life easy if you do it though on you unless you did it for swimming or running

999realthings

I probably wouldn't keep those types as friends.

I wouldn't shave my legs, and I can't say I particularly like shaven legs on a guy. Its just one of those places you expect to find hair.

I bodybuild and it would be impossible to see my striations, muscle seperation and veins with hair on my body. IMO lots of hair is disgusting. If you are in good shape and tan, theres no reason why you wouldnt shave your body, other than it being a pain in the a** to do so every week

I am a guy and I proudly shave them :) Have no shame in it. But that is each mans business, if one doesn't want to shave them he shouldn't have to.

I'm just saying, there are plenty of guys who are average build without any visable muscles or anything, just like most girls.

I'm a swimmer (although not very competetive) and I leave my legs unshaved... even though they are incredibly hairy. Swimmers can do it if they want to, though.

I wouldn't shave my legs or arms, mostly because as of yet there hasn't been anything growing on there to shave off in the first place. :x

I do not see a problem with it, I am about to have to start shaving my arms because I am about to finish up a tattoo on my wrist and it would look stupid if I had hair in it.

i keep my entire body shaved but part of that is the fact im transgendered but i started doing it when i was racing BMX bikes not because it made me faster cause being hairless doenst increase speed at all but it allows cuts and scrapes to heal faster since the band aids stick closer to the skin

I've read that the benefit of shaving for sport is basically negligible. I've never done it, I'd need a garbage bag to do it as well.3DayFinisher
depends on how hairy you are i'd imagine. and since these sports are decided by .01 of a second sometimes it all matters.

Should? No. You are free to do anything you want with your body. But please don't shave the hair around the crotch, that is just wrong. But if you're going to be showing your legs (wearing shorts etc.), please do shave. It's not a very pleasant sight. That said I trimmed it once and my mom doesn't let me do it again :( Except underarm air, which I don't bother shaving, too lazy. Hair grows on my feet (I know, gross!), I shave that. I also shave all my facial hair. I'm starting to grow hair on my arms and hands, I think I'll have to start shaving that too.

Guys should not shave their arms or legs. The only possible exception is for sports, and you need to be sure it will give you a big enough edge to make it worthwhile.
