Ok so i just purchased an ipod touch 2nd gen recently and ive been watching alot of videos on jailbreaking. And im just not sure if its a good idea, because i know it voids your warrenty and i know it can slow your ipod down a little bit. All i want to know is do you think its worth it? Explain. thank you.
well mine is jailbroken and I don't regret it at all. I actually recommend everyone with an ipod touch to jailbreak theres to get the full experience out it. There's so many customizations and applications to choose from, trust me you won't regret it either :)
Edit: I also forgot to add my ipod touch is 1st gen and I heard you can't jailbreak 2nd gen yet
I did and there's some pretty cool stuff on there. But really, the legit app store store has some great games and your phone won't get invaded with any crap software or bugs. Mine started acting all slow and eventually I couldn't change the background, even after I restored it to system settings. :? (It's Jessica Alba, so I'm not all that concerned. :P)
