I was thinking about seeing it in 3D but I heard that the 3D is pretty bad and it even makes the whole movie worse. Has anyone seen it in 3D and how was it?

I actually watched it in 3D, and wouldn't recommend it. It's just a waste of extra money for some effects you can barely even notice.

I think its a waste (though, the only 3D movie I thought was worth it was Avatar) I'd go with 2D. but thats just me. You can focus more on the music, mood, conversations, etc. in 2d.

It was post-converted into 3D. I don't recommend it since there was no artistic reason behind it and was just tacked on to explore another market.

I really wanted to see it in imax but the only option was 3D :(

If you have a choice don't see it in 3D, it's a 2D movie but definately try seeing it in imax or RPX

I saw it in both 2D and 3D and I must say the 3D was disappointing - nothing really 'jumped out'. I'd recommend just sticking to 2D :)

I saw it in IMAX 3D andit was a dissapointment, I didn't know beforehand that it was converted to 3D (although I should have known that). Even from an IMAX perspective it was dissapointing as it didn't fill the entire screen. I'd go see it the old fashioned way. Also, $20? Where does it cost $20 for a single ticket? Yikes!

I saw it in 3D, wasn't too bad. Wasn't a movie with loads of things popping out but since I was so drawn in I didn't really notice it was 3D.
