We should codify a bill of rights for illegal immigrants. The way in which we are heading now is on the path to being inhumane. If you want create laws constraining them, they should also have rights to protect them. They are human and deserve to be treated humanely. Granted they shouldn't have rights like a normal citizen. But simply ignoring their plight and throwing them back is not going to fix things. No wall, or law for that matter, is going to keep them all out.

well I do think there are certain rights everyone is entitled to, but for the most part no.

I just don't think they should have basic human rights that we, the tax-payer, have to pay for.

If you mean illegal immigrants, then absolutely not. A nation's immigration laws should be created to protect the citizens of that nation, not the citizens of other nations who come here illegally and then whine about their "rights".
