You are allowed to have infinite intercourse and with as many women as you want, there is no law that says you can't. However the flaw is there are several problms to living that kind of lifestyle (it's considered a high risk sexual lifestyle) including child support, angry women, STD's ect....

And what your describing wouldn't improve the human race. You can't really make a more "attractive" race (it's very subjective for one thing) and you can't really make a more "intellignent" race either, especially through lot's of sex lol.

And monogoymy is actually better for the human race, it allows people to spend more time and focus developing a strong and supportive realationship with one person, and it means the kids will get get more attention, as opposed to having mulitple wives and the kids are negleted.

The best way to improve the human race is to improve our life style, such as loving families that raise good kids, and improving things like better education ect...also makes the human race more intelligent.

This is pretty true, the more educated a population is the less likely they are to over populate it and wait to have kids. The most over populated countries are the ones that often lack wealth and the population is uneducated, which leads to lower life expectancy which causes people to have kids like rabbits, which then leads to obviously over population.
