Well, the guy usually have a room in the house. The wife owns the rest of the house. In my case, I usually have the den, the garage, and the back yard. I'm responsible for maintaining those.

I'm currently redecorating my bedroom, there's still some work to be done.
New carpet, new curtains and some accessories and cushions.

Wow at everyone with dead tidy rooms! I can keep my room fairly tidy but my desk is ALWAYS really cluttered cause I practically live there!
