What's you guys opinion on my new banner?

would anyone mind making me a snow sig with a color scheme to match his? and maybe the quote where he says "hang on you're hero's coming." in some kinda nifty caligraphy esque font.

and then a snow avatar with just him doing the thumbs up.

Sorry if this is far to much to ask i just know jack about photo shop and i see alot of posts that are like "at least i have something to do"...so thank you in advance and i'm sorry if its to much to ask=D

Could someone please make a 760x140 profile banner using this image of Rico Rodriguez, aka Scorpio from the Just Cause games with a cool background (explosions are probably a good idea, considering his character.), the username Vaz126 (That's VAZ, not VAS. I cannot stress this enough.) somewhere on it, and the quote "They tell me I am the best..." somewhere on the banner as well.
