*Signs*

Though it's not really one of my favourite metal subgenres - I have a hard time acclamating to the style of it.

There's some black metal albums that I absolutely love, but a lot of it is monotonous and uninteresting. Really though that's how it is with every genre: about 20% quality, 80% crap.

I don't like most black metal, but I like Enslaved and Thyrfing. And Windir is decent.

Behemoth were black metal for their first 2 studio albums and they became blackened death metal after that. And Dimmu Borgir is black metal, and they became symphonic black metal after the 3rd album.

That's kinda splitting hairs I think.

For Borgir I agree. For Behemoth however, they lean much MUCH more to the Death side then the Black side of Blacked Death Metal, no way I would consider them Black Metal :P

Theres more metal (especialy death/black) subgenres then people on this planet probably... I mean like evrey more underground or extreme metal band will name their music differnatly for some freaking reason.

And no i listen to groove and thrash mostly.
