Well, I found out that I lived next to a 7-Eleven just a few days ago after moving into my new apartment. So I thought it would have been cool to try a slurpee, it was the first time I had ever tried a slurpee (I'm 18 years old). After looking at the flavors, the only that looked good was Monster Black Ice. One sip and I was hooked. I was just kinda suprised that nobody ever told me to go out and get a slurpee earlier.
So.... slurpees, Hate em? Love em? If so, whats your favorite flavor.
I have them occasionally. They're good. But I never have just one flavour. Usually I'll put about 3-4 in there layered on top of one another. That way the taste changes as you drink it.
That's crazy that you haven't had a slurpee until now lol. I have the occasionally, and I never mix flavors together lol. I find that I'm a sucker for slurpee cups if I'm interested on what's on the cover lol. I wish they had TDK cups. =/
Well, I never had a slurpee until now because I've lived in American for only 5 years. My first 4 years had me living in NY and there was no 7-Eleven in sight. If someone told me to go out there and get a slurpee during that time, then maybe I would have gone out and gotten one.

Duuuuude.... that's the perfect place to have slurpees! You should go back there and start a slurpee store in the largest city. You'd make so much money...
Nobody has told you of their awesomeness because it's a given. How could you have reached 18 years of age without ever trying a slurpee. That's almost impossible.
Oh, and I just remembered what else is good. It's a slurpee filled 3/4 the way up, and the rest is filled with soft ice cream. It's amazing. Like a slurpee + 5x awesomeness. Damn... Killyou beat me to it.
I hate 7-11 slurpees. In canada we have stores called Mac's which make FAR better slurpees. Well, actually they call them Frosters, but noone else does.

I love'em. They're the perfect choice for a cool treat on a hot summer day. Thankfully, I live in Winnipeg, the Slurpee capital of the world. We love them up here, on average, each of our 7-Eleven stores sell 8,300 Slurpees a month, this includes during the winter season where the temperature can drop below -40C w/windchill.
Edit: Also a little fact I forgot to mention, Winnipeg has the status of being the coldest city in the world. Yeah we're diehards.
