My yahoo toolbar doesn't really work anymore. Not sure if that's the result of Firefox or just crappy yahoo.
not a fan, I liked previous firefox because of its sensible interface, 4 has gone to a chrome style "shiny" mac inspired interface...which is one of the reasons I don't use chrome. Also, it doesn't ask for confirmation when closing multiple tabs, and randomly doesn't save tabs.
I liked 3's interface more but I've gotten used to 4 already and I've had no problems with it. it's super fast ;)

Yeah, my biggest gripe was that it disables that feature by default and you have to go into the FF settings page to enable it.
Other than that it's great though.
I do. It's just that sometimes I click the button.JediXMan7I concur. The top of the bar seems empty now without it.

Can't you just download a Firefox 3.0 theme to use?not a fan, I liked previous firefox because of its sensible interface, 4 has gone to a chrome style "shiny" mac inspired interface...which is one of the reasons I don't use chrome. It made me start using Firefox again so it's pretty good.

Your sig is also a godsend especially in this thread. I will never understand why them removed standard FF features that everybody loved and made them so annoying to re-enable.
I downloaded the 5 beta and booted it up for a second, then instantly went back to 4 when it said fastest fox wasn't compatible yet. It's really good dude. Well, I'm using firefox 5 ATM :P. I was using it for 2 weeks until I found the 5 beta.

Wow, they removed the standard FF features? Well I think I will wait until they fix that.

There are two other methods to utilize regarding Save and Quit as I assume you are talking about that, but I just like being reminded at the end, you know?

They weren't removed, just turned off. It's not that hard turning them on again if you so desire. :)I really like it. However, my first impression when i saw it was thatMozilla had tried to rip Chrome off as much as they could. Tabs above the URL bar, refresh button integrated into the URL bar and the address loading bar (the one at the bottom of the screen) only appearing when something was happening are all things that you find in Chrome. I immediately moved tabs back below the URL bar, and moved all of my Buttons (Refresh, Home etc) to the left of the URL bar, and found it to be much better (so in effect i made the interface as close to FF3.6 as I could, while retaining all of the upgrades FF4 had).
I find it to be faster, and the extra screen space is nice. I dont use addons (i prioritize speed) so i cant really comment on those, but overall i think it is a definite upgrade.
I like it but the addon bar is incredibly annoying. it always comes back.PsychoRedFox666It doesn't for me.
Not sure how many of you actually use the feature, but the channel switcher is being dropped from Firefox. :o
