Get a bunch of gerbils. Gerbils are only a few bucks each and you keep buying them and when you have enough you create an army and train them to destroy earth.
Why do you need to buy somethign just because you have money....if you actually wanted something, you wouldnt have to ask what to buy....
So instead of wasting $175...just save it for when you actually want something, and maybe by then youll have a lot more....$175 is basically pocket change..cant get anything for it...

I guess it is if you amke say $100k a year which I doubt anyone here does considering most of us are in high school or universities.

Lol seriously... Since when was $175 pocket change...? Anyway... If you're asking random people on the internet about what you should do with your money, then you obviously have no use for it. Keep it, and when you get more money, add to the money you have now. When you need something, buy it. It's pretty simple actually...
if you srsly need this much help deciding what to to do with it... just put it in the bank and let it accumulate interest until you find a use for it, lest it get stolen like your DS. :(
