[QUOTE="chandlerr_360"][QUOTE="Boba_Fett_3710"]If I was making $7 when I was 16, I would be happy. I was making less than minimum wage and working 12 hour days 6 days a week (mind you, this was when minimum wage was 5 something).
Hell, just 4 months ago, I was making $8 working out of a crappy trophy shop and I'm going to turn 21 at the end of the month. I have bills to pay and I had to make it work.

Yeah, after taxes I'll be making 225 every pay check, and about 480 every month. I can live with that considering that I don't have anything to pay for right now and all the money is basically going to a car.
The thing is I also applied to two different Wal-Mart's and they would be willing to pay me $9.50 a hour, but neither of them have gotten back to me in three weeks...that is the only thing that I have haning over my head right now.
I assume you'll be getting a paycheck bi-monthly, but don't expect to be getting $480 from it every month... You'll be getting a lot more taken out than that.
I'll be getting my paycheck every two weeks, and after all the taxes have been worked out, I'll have around 460...in NH, seeing as how people are generally paid more (high income area), the fact that I am a minor, and the fact that taxes are generally less here, I won't be getting that much more taken out.
