But the laughter isn't indicative of anything necessarily. They could be laughing at him because he provoked them and he's getting what he deserved.

A video showing only their attack doesn't rule out that he could have provoked them. If he had assaulted them, and then tried to leave, they could have turned on the recorder in order to catch an act of revenge.

It's contact with the genetalia and it sounds like it was sexually motivated (since it was being recorded, it sounded like it was planned, and there is a such thing as a ballbusting fetish). Those girls will more likely than not be facing sexual assualt 3 charges, possibly even sex assault 1. The big thing here is that it was recorded. That either means it was a dumb prank or they get turned on by it.

They won't be able to claim that. If they were defending themselves then why did they turn the camera on to record what they were doing, and how did they even have time? Even if they claim they were just offended by something he did that's still aggrevated assault. That recording is all that's needed to get them convicted since not only does it prove that they committed the crime but it also shows that it wasn't a spur of the moment kind of thing.

Anyway, TC: its unlikely you'll get much from suing aside from hospital fees unless you can successfully claim infertility/impotence as a result of the assault in which case you'll be rich.

True, but if he HAD insulted them badly enough for them to have a reason for assault, I seriously doubt they'd be laughing. Or filming themselves reacting violently. And courts are meant to be non-biased. Even though that never happens.

I've seen groups of females act like that, but never to that extent. You see them out on the town, not even drunk yet and they will totally harass some poor sod just walking by. Those of you who are doubting the possibility need to stop being so naive, there are people out there who WILL do these sorts of things.

I say you bring the full force of your legal rights against them. What a disgusting way to act. Their parents should have beaten them harder when they were children. That kind of behaviour is NEVER acceptable, no one that I associate with would even think of acting like that even if they were so booze-sodden they could barely think straight.

Why the hell did you park your convertible "3 blocks from your house"? That's the thing that bugs me. Doesn't make sense to park a convertible near a bunch of woman that you deemed suspicious in the first place. Seems like there are holes in your story that you aren't sharing.

They kept joking around and looking at me but i just ignored them. One had a camera and the other 2 were just standing and talking next to her. I didn't notice it but one of them walked up to me and then kicked me in the groin with the girl in the back recording. They kept laughing and thinking it was all fun and games, i didn't even know them. I hurried to the house and phoned the peace keepers, i got my loaded pistol from my room just in case they tried to break in my home. When the cops came they told me to get in the back of their cruiser and we went out looking for them, they were just a block away. All 3 got arrested, their own camera will most likely be used as evidence. I will try my best to sue them for every penny they're worth and hopefully prosecute them where they serve the maximum amount of time for the sexual assault charge. What you guys think?AirBorneLove

exactly if you park close to women, it means that they are parked close, that means

and your car would certainly have been reduced to debris if they had decided to try and leave the parking lot, especially if it was a parrallel parking area
